Having a very little amount to invest, I want to start my blogging journey, and I would like to know Is there any cheap hosting service available that I can afford? Looking forward to get some replies about hosting that can fulfill my blogging needs.

If your budget is tight then you can choose 'Milesweb' which costs around 40rs/month, but the storage is only limited to 1GB, which may not be enough. In that case, Hostinger is the best option for you, it costs 59rs/Month in offers which are less than 1$ per month.
Personally, a couple of my websites are hosted on their server.
Recently I've reviewed Hostinger India and compared them with the other budget hostings. I must say 'Hostinger' is a bang for Buck Hosting service.
